Fenella Blakaj

Fenella Blakaj, M.Ed. has been bringing the Three Principles to various schools in Europe for the past 20 years. She is dedicated to helping parents, children, teens as well as social workers, teachers and caregivers understand how their experience of life is formed and how they can connect to the love-filled space within.
With over 30 years of teaching experience and 20 years as a prevention and intervention specialist, she has developed CORE (Clear-minded, Open-hearted Resilience Education) as a practical and transformative framework for educators. The Three Principles have not just influenced her life—they have shaped it. For the past 25 years, they have been a constant, life-defining presence. CORE is a direct expression of these principles, translated into the reality of everyday classroom life.
It has been Fenella’s mission to bring that translation into schools everywhere. She shifts the focus in educational institutions, from managing behavior to awakening potential. She promotes seeing children not as “at risk” but as “at promise”. Her aim is to help classrooms become emotionally stable, connected, and grounded in wellbeing, as well as impacting the field of education on a broader level. This is why she has also founded CORE Academy, an academy striving to change the basic of understanding of education by making it more universatlly love-based and clear.
