I’m here to challenge the way we think about mental health, resilience, and human potential.
Not with louder strategies or more complicated techniques—but with a simpler, deeper understanding of how the mind actually works.

For over 30 years, I served on the frontline as a paramedic and senior EMS leader—working in chaos, training teams, developing leaders, and supporting people on what were often the hardest days of their lives. I learned quickly that real change doesn’t come from forcing the mind, fixing people, or managing symptoms.

Real change happens when people see something new about their own innate capacity for clarity, wisdom, and mental health.
The missing link is not a better method—it’s a better understanding.

Today, I work with leaders, first responders, youth at risk, organizations, and communities who are tired of band-aid solutions and ready for something that actually lasts. My coaching, writing, teaching, and speaking all point toward the same truth:

We are not broken.
We are experiencing our thinking.
And when the mind settles, wisdom shows us the way forward.

Through the Three Principles / Innate Health Realization, I help people move from stress and overwhelm to clarity and effectiveness—from coping to thriving. Not through effort or performance, but through insight.

I’m also the founder of the Unbroken Hero Project, author of several upcoming books (including Unbroken Hero, Manifesto for Inner Freedom, and Thinkiverse), podcast host, and contributor to evolving conversations around restorative justice, youth mental health, and leadership development.

If you’re interested in perspectives that challenge conventional thinking, expand what’s possible, and bring mental health back to the level of common sense, you’re in the right place.

If something in this resonates—whether you’re a leader, educator, first responder, parent, or someone seeking clarity—let’s have a conversation.
No pressure. No fixing.
Just a space to explore what’s possible when we understand the mind differently.
