YOU’RE NOT BROKEN BY DEAN STONE
Why Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, and Addiction Are a Trap — And How to Break Free Without Diagnosis, Medication, or Endless Therapy

You’ve done everything they said would help.
You got the diagnosis.
Took the meds.
Sat in the chair.
Read the books.
Tried the steps.

And you’re still not okay.

It’s not because you failed.
It’s because the entire system is built on a lie.

You’re not broken.
You’re believing a broken story.

What if anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction aren’t disorders —
but misunderstood signals?
What if your suffering isn’t proof of damage —
but proof you’ve been looking in the wrong direction?

This book is not therapy.
It’s not self-help.
It’s not “trauma-informed.”
It’s the end of the script.

Inside, you’ll discover:
Why panic, depression, and compulsive behavior are real experiences — but not fixed conditions

The invisible mechanism that keeps you stuck in identity, even after years of “healing”

What trauma actually is — and why reprocessing it may be keeping you in it

How thought generates your entire emotional experience — and how to break the trance

Why most treatment plans are just maintenance programs for suffering

This is not a gentle book.
But it is a liberating one.

If you’re tired of:

Managing symptoms

Chasing diagnoses

Rewriting your past

Needing support just to feel okay

—this book will hit like cold water and a clean slate.

You don’t need:
More insight into your pain

Another toolkit for coping

A new spiritual framework

A perfect version of yourself

You need one thing:
To see through the illusion that you’re broken — and walk away from it.

Who this book is for:
You’ve been labeled, but never felt understood

You’ve done the work, but still feel stuck

You’re exhausted by the process of “getting better”

You’re open to something radically different — and uncomfortably true

No labels.
No steps.
No guru.

Just clarity.
Sharp, fast, irreversible.

This isn’t a treatment plan.
It’s an exit strategy.

Still reading? That’s not an accident.

Something in you already knows: the story you’ve been living isn’t the truth.
You’ve played the roles — survivor, addict, patient, work-in-progress.

You’ve followed the rules. You’ve tried to do it “right.”
But nothing worked. Not for long. Not really.

This book explains why.

Because your problem was never your past.
It wasn’t your brain chemistry.
It wasn’t your trauma.
It was the belief that you were broken.

Once that belief is gone, the whole house of cards collapses.

You don’t need to agree with everything in these pages.
You don’t need to like how it’s said.
You just need to see one thing clearly —
and nothing will ever be the same again.

Written by someone who’s been inside the system, seen how it works, and walked out clean.
No psychobabble. No spiritual gaslighting. No identity games.
Just truth — sharp, fast, and final.

If you’re ready to stop seeking, stop healing, stop managing…
This is the last book you’ll ever need.

Buy it.
Burn the script.
Walk away clean.

About the author
Dean Stone spent 30 years inside the mental health system – psych hospitals, crisis centers, addictions programs, outpatient clinics and private practice. He’s worked with thousands of people labeled broken by a system that thrives on keeping them that way.

“You’re Not Broken” is not a self-help book. It’s a demolition manual. A direct strike against diagnosis, recovery identity, and the psychiatric-industrial complex that rebranded ordinary human suffering as pathology.

Stone holds a graduate degree in clinical social work and attended law school before leaving to work full-time in mental health. This book wasn’t born in theory. It came from what he saw firsthand over and over.

People aren’t broken. But they’re being brainwashed to believe they are.
