Lila Turner

After graduating from Central Saint Martins, Lila began her career as a women’s wear designer. In 2012, she had a life-changing insight: by understanding her thoughts differently, she could live her life in a different feeling. This realization led her to shift careers and join One Thought as a business consultant and executive mentor.

As a Partner and Director at One Thought, Lila works with organizations, entrepreneurs, and individuals, helping them work, live, and thrive from a deeper, clearer state of mind. Through her work at One Thought, Lila noticed recurring patterns among her high-achieving clients who struggled to find love.

In 2016, she founded Relationship Ready, a dating and relationship sister company specializing in helping high-achieving individuals who can make anything in their life work—except love. As her clients fall in love, she falls more in love with her work.

A sought-after speaker, published author, podcaster, and mentor, Lila regularly presents at conferences in the UK and internationally, sharing her insights on love and relationships. She lives in London with her partner, Aaron Turner. They have two young adult children, who light up her life.
